MAC VAUGHN POLICIES
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Basic Warranty and Revisions Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will provide up to 2 revisions at no additional charge to address your concerns. After the 2nd revision, standard rates apply for any additional revisions. All sales are final - no refunds.
MASTERING POLICY
Payment and Completion:
Mastering services begin upon receipt of payment and acceptable project files.
Turnaround Time:
Standard completion is 2-3 business days after payment and proper files are received, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty & Revision Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your final master, we provide up to 2 revisions at no charge. After the 2nd revision, standard mastering rates apply to additional revisions.
Credits:
When applicable, mastering credits must be given to: MAC VAUGHN
File Storage:
Session files are automatically deleted after 90 days. Request file copies before this period expires, or they will be permanently removed.
Platform Optimization:
Platform-specific mastering (vinyl, streaming, etc.) is available upon request for additional fees.
MIXING & MASTERING POLICY
Payment and Initiation:
Mixing services begin upon receipt of payment and acceptable project files.
Turnaround Time:
Average completion is 10-14 business days after payment and proper files are received, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Session Files:
Project session files are NOT included in standard pricing but are available for additional fees upon request.
File Changes:
Replacing files or channels after work has begun incurs hourly charges for proper reintegration into the project.

We provide 2 additional revisions at no charge if you're unsatisfied with the final mix. After the 2nd revision, current hourly rates apply to additional revisions.

Sync & Broadcast Royalties:
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, industry standard royalties apply.

Mixing rates are based on specified hour allocations. Additional time and revisions beyond included hours are billed at current rates.

MENTORING & PRODUCTION POLICY
Payment and Initiation:
Mentoring sessions and production work begin upon receipt of payment.
Completion Time:
Project timelines vary - typically 2-6 in-studio sessions or 14-21 days for remote work.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required before project commencement.
Session Files:
Project session files ARE included in all mentoring sessions and production work.

We provide 2 additional revisions at no charge if unsatisfied with the final production. After the 2nd revision, current hourly rates apply to additional revisions.

Publishing Requirements:
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, industry standard royalties apply.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending appointments punctually.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required before all sessions unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requires a minimum 24-hour advance notice.
Late Rescheduling:
Failure to provide a 24-hour rescheduling notice results in forfeiture of payment for that scheduled service.
Cancellations:
Cancellations without rescheduling require a 7-day advance notice.
Late Cancellation:
Failure to provide a 7-day cancellation notice may result in forfeiture of payment for the scheduled service.
MENTORING PROGRAM POLICY
Success Disclaimer:
Mac Vaughn Audio Services does not guarantee industry success but commits to sharing decades of professional knowledge and experience.
Service Tracking:
All services, mentoring, information, time, and work are tracked and deducted from the total program allocation. Deductions are based on service type and current hourly rates.
Confidentiality:
Participants must sign and strictly adhere to Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreements.
Program Commencement:
Mentoring programs begin within 14 business days after payment collection.
Program Duration:
Duration varies by package, with a minimum 6 weeks. Programs expire according to contract terms - hours must be completed within the specified timeframe, or they expire.
Session Scheduling:
Clients are responsible for advance scheduling based on the provided project management timeline. Missed sessions result in forfeited hours deducted from the total program allocation.
Included Services:
Programs include various services such as: design consultation, industry knowledge sharing, mentoring, creative brainstorming, and professional guidance. Some specialized services may incur additional fees.
No Refunds:
Clients may discontinue at any time; however, NO REFUNDS, prorations, or credits are provided under any circumstances.
Additional Policies:
Mentoring program participants are subject to all other service-specific policies listed above.
