PROJECT PREP
Guidelines to get you started.
MASTERING PREP
Have any questions at all? Contact us and we'll get back to you immediately.
Ensure your mix sounds EXACTLY how you envision it before project prep.
Name your file "ARTIST NAME – TRACK TITLE"
File Requirements: • WAV or AIFF Files exclusively • 24 bit / 44kHz or higher • No Normalize and No Dither • -3dB to -6dB of headroom on the master channel. Don't lower your master channel fader to create headroom. Keep it at 0. If the headroom is insufficient or excessive, either return to your mix and adjust the levels or send it as-is, and we'll optimize it during processing. No Normalize and No Dither.
Keep the master channel clean with no compressors or EQ. Light compression for mix cohesion is acceptable, but NO LIMITERS!
Organize your file(s) in a folder. Compress the folder as a ZIP or RAR file. Include 3-5 Reference Tracks (WAV or MP3) for our final A/B comparison.
Send us your ZIP/RAR files and contact us with project details and anything we should know using the links below:

MIXING AND MASTERING PROJECT PREP
Have any questions at all? Contact us and we'll get back to you immediately.
Clean up your entire track and ensure you send ONLY final elements.
Name each channel "CHANNEL NAME – ARTIST NAME – TRACK TITLE"
Should I send WET STEMS or DRY STEMS? Excellent question! It varies - consult with us first! Sometimes we'll request WET stems especially when the rough mix is stellar and you have very specific effects in the mix intentionally. Other times we need DRY stems - especially when the mix requires more comprehensive rebuilding. If you send WET STEMS, A/B your stems against your rough mix BEFORE sending to confirm they match and everything aligns properly.
