Mentoring

Industry expertise that transforms careers.

Twenty-five years in this industry: DJ, producer, engineer, label boss, and then artist development. I have lived every stage of the electronic music journey, including the parts nobody posts about. Whether you are navigating a first release or planning the next milestone, this is not production advice. It is career development from someone who has walked every path in it.

Why this is different

Most mentors teach theory. I teach from scars.

I am a featured educator for Pyramind, Ableton, SAE, Sonic Academy and Abletunes, so there is real teaching methodology behind this, not just war stories. But the value is that the methodology is attached to someone who built a label, worked with brands like Nike and Sony, got records supported on BBC Radio 1, and also made every expensive mistake on the way there. You get the map and the marked hazards.

03The Approach

Personalised Strategy

One-to-one development shaped to your goals, your sound and where you actually are right now. No cookie-cutter curriculum.

Real-World Application

Every session ends with steps you can act on that week. Theory without application is entertainment.

Technical & Business

Both sides. Production technique and contract negotiation, sound design and release strategy, because a career needs both.

Industry Navigation

The unwritten rules and the common traps, from someone who has been on both sides of the label desk.

Long-Term Relationship

This is not a course that ends. It is the start of a professional relationship that grows with your career.

Network Integration

Strategic introductions to the right people at the right time. Your network becomes your net worth in this industry.

05How To Apply
What to send
Your music
Two or three tracks, finished or not. Unfinished is often more useful.
Where you are
Releases so far, what you are playing, what you are running the music on.
What is stuck
The honest version. “My tracks never sound finished” is a better answer than a polished one.
Where you want to be
In twelve months. Be specific: “signed” is not a goal, it is a wish.
Which program
Or say you are not sure and I will tell you which one fits.

I read every application myself and reply to all of them, including the ones I cannot take. If mentoring is not what you need, I will say so. Sometimes the answer is a single Precision Session, or a mix, or nothing at all yet.
